Which Wovex plans include benefit maps?

Maps are available for all Wovex plans. However, some plans include more advanced map features.

What's the difference between a map and a view?

Every Workspace can only have one map, but it can have many views. A map helps tell one or more stories about the change value.

It is important that you communicate clearly with each person and group. You might want to share this story with people who want only the most basic information. For example, just show me the financial goals, benefits, and initiatives that impact them. Others want a more comprehensive and complete set of information, so show me a complete view of all the information you have about this portfolio.

Multiple views can be essential for complex changes and are included in the Starter plan.

What are published views?

Published views are images taken of a map view and shared. They are typically used to update people and gather comments and are extremely useful as a record of what has been agreed at a point in time, for example, after a workshop or approval meeting.

Those with Guest user access can comment on them, using a supplied link to access.

Those without a Wovex licence can view them by using a generated link.
