Many teams and organisations use just one Workspace when they want to standardise the same measures and benefits across all teams and projects.

Extra Workspaces enable teams to have different sets of benefits and measures from each other. This can be useful for non-standard projects or when multiple customers want to name benefits and measures uniquely for each.

Multiple Workspaces are included in the Clarity Plus plan.

Yes. Teams can be used to keep items and data from others.

With Teams, you can create a Team and add users, benefits, measures, etc. Only users added to a Team can see the items and data in them.

Users can be in many Teams, and this matches how people work—they can be involved in many teams and projects at once. Sometimes, the data they need to share needs to be kept private. Teams are included in the Enterprise Features add-on.
