What extra does the add-on Outsource Data Collection provide?

Evidence and Progress plans enable the central collection of multiple types of values using forms.

Outsource Data Collection includes the following:

Automated rules for sending reminders if values are not entered.
Allocating users to tracked measures who are ‘Data Collectors’ as well as back-up users in case the Data Collector is not available.
A ‘Submit my values’ area for each user, where they can collect reward badges to provide data.
