If you have a new or existing initiative, you can create options for it. For example:

  • Business cases: You want to share different options and show relative comparisons of their impact on key benefits and goals.
  • Changes after approval: An initiative needs to change due to budget cuts, resource issues, or shifting priorities. Create additional options to show how these compare with the current initiative – the pros and cons – to help inform decisions.

In Wovex you can rank each option on if they are the same, better or worse than others. three types of comparison dashboards are available to highlight similarities and differences. These can then be downloaded and shared.

The approach is very easy to use with multiple configuration options.

Three comparison dashboards are available:

  1. Benefit dashboard: See a bar chart of how an option compares to another e.g. the current one being delivered. What benefits is it better (green bars), which is worse (red bars) and no difference? The size of the bars reflects how much each option differs for a benefit.
  2. Goal dashboard: For your goals, see a grid of benefits. It shows how one option compares to another regarding its impact on each goal. A coloured bar indicates how much each benefit differs.
  3. Compare options: Select any two options and see the key differences between them.

These dashboards provide different ways of seeing the rankings made by your team for each option.
